Fernando Villarreal joined MOSAIC Paradigm Law Group PC as a law clerk in the summer of 2023 and transitioned to an Associate Attorney in the fall of 2024 after securing his Texas Bar License.
Originally from Hidalgo, Texas, and raised in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, Fernando is a native Spanish speaker. Fernando graduated summa cum laude with a B.B.A. in International Business from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. After graduation, Fernando worked as a Safety Compliance Assistant, helping motor carrier clients navigate FMCSA regulations and resolve compliance issues. With a growing passion for the law, Fernando continued his academic journey at The University of Houston Law Center, where he served as a Graduate Research Assistant for Dean Leonard Baynes, assisting in the development of a database to connect diverse attorneys in Texas.
At MOSAIC, Fernando serves as a key member of both the commercial litigation and corporate law departments, where he utilizes his knowledge of international business and experience in compliance in the trucking industry to assist with diverse business law matters, including litigation over commercial disputes as well as the protection of clients’ contractual and intellectual property rights.
