Houmin (Kelvin) Luo joined MOSAIC Paradigm Law Group PC in December 2016. He is an international partner of MOSAIC Paradigm Law Group PC. Kelvin obtained his bachelor's degree in economic law from the East China University of Political Science and Law and a master's degree in law from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York Lawyers Association, and American Immigration Lawyers Association. Kelvin is proficient in U.S. immigration law and has accumulated a great deal of experience from those cases including EB-5, EB-1A, and EB-1C. Kelvin practiced law in China for six years. Before joining MOSAIC Paradigm Law Group PC, he worked for Shanghai Chengda Law Firm, Zhonglun Jintong Law Firm (Shanghai), and HHP Attorneys-At-Law successively. Kelvin's work experience in China enables him to better understand the actual needs of Chinese clients and provide them with professional solutions. Kelvin has successfully serviced more than 1,500 U.S. immigration clients.
